Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a locum tenens family physician for assignments across facilities nationwide. The schedule is typically 8 am–5 pm with potential evening hours (12 pm–8 pm), five days per week totaling 40 hours (36 clinical, 4 administrative).

The role requires seeing all ages in a full-family practice setting, with comfort in addiction medicine and Suboxone. Spanish bilingualism is preferred, with hospital privileges required and comprehensive credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must see patients of all ages, with full family practice scope.
• Comfort with addiction medicine patients and Suboxone is required.
• Medical Spanish or bilingual ability is highly preferred.
• Hospital privileges are required to practice.

Responsibilities

• 8 am–5 pm schedule with an evening clinic option: 12 pm–8 pm.
• Five days per week totaling 40 hours (36 clinical, 4 administrative).
• See 16–21 patients per day, including walk-ins.
• Perform standard primary care procedures such as IUDs, biopsies, injections.
• Coordinate credentialing and privileging; access online assignment portal.
