Scott & Associates, P.C. seeks a California-licensed attorney to join our debt-recovery litigation team. You will represent clients in civil collection matters, review and approve claims, and drive pleadings and case progression across the state.

Qualifications

• This attorney must be currently licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar.
• Strong understanding of California Civil Practice law is required.
• Demonstrated discipline and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve collection claims placed with the Firm.
• Represent clients in civil collection matters within California.
• Approve and execute pleadings for timely case progression.
• Maintain regular contact with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers.
• Manage the docket, including trial preparation and post-judgment enforcement.
• Assist in the management and supervision of cases.
