Highlights Of The Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $16.50 to $19.50. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee Assistance Program.
