Job summary

All Nation Security Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Armed Security Officers to provide security services at a financial institution in Alhambra, CA. The role requires professional judgment, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring entrances, reporting incidents, and completing DARs/IRs. Minimum qualifications include 2 years armed security experience, valid CA BSIS Guard Card, and Exposed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Valid California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
• Current required firearms qualifications and training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate security reports.
• Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, lobby areas, and surrounding property.
• Observe and report suspicious individuals, activities, or potential security threats.
• Conduct routine patrols in accordance with assigned post orders.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and enforce established security procedures.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Assist with opening and closing security procedures as directed.
• Maintain situational awareness and demonstrate sound judgment at all times.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports (IRs).
• Immediately communicate security concerns to supervisors and designated client representatives.
• Follow all company policies, client procedures, and applicable laws.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and maintain a professional demeanor during difficult situations.
