Job summary

Executive Management Services, Inc. seeks a C4ISR Analyst at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling to produce all-source intelligence on C4ISR capabilities in support of ICD 203 standards. The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers.

You will conduct research on foreign military C4ISR assets, analyze exercises for TTPs and readiness, and brief defense leaders with complex written products. Travel may be required with no relocation.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• Experience authoring DoD product lines to ICD 203 standards.
• 3+ years in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements.
• Experience in a Joint Staff environment and briefing senior defense clients.
• Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and IC/Combatant Command environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence research to assess foreign C4ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze foreign military exercises to identify TTPs, doctrine, readiness, and interoperability.
• Evaluate C4ISR assets (sensors, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, deception).
• Support technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements for defense stakeholders.
• Produce complex written products and briefings for senior policymakers.
