Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Test Engineer to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Air and Marine Operations Center. The engineer will ensure C4I systems are tested and mission-ready before deployment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, and 5-7 years of related experience in system and integration testing. The position offers a salary range between $93,900 and $156,800 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen and Secret Clearance required.
• 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system testing.
• Experience testing complex IT or mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with test plans and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Support test and development activities as defined.

• Ensure new projects are fully tested before deployment.
