Position Description:
Banner Defense is in search of a C3BM Principal Systems Engineer to engage in C3BM systems engineering efforts. C3BM systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

Someone who can thrive in a badge-less contractor environment, collaborating seamlessly with Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor, and supporting contractor personnel. They should be a self-starter with enthusiasm and the capacity to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced setting, and must also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Military experience is considered a plus, further enhancing their ability to contribute effectively in this dynamic and collaborative role.
