Job summary

GovSG is seeking a highly experienced C3BM Integration Analyst to support interoperability across C2BMC, MTN, and cross-domain interfaces. The role emphasizes collaboration with DoD partners to ensure secure data sharing and timely integration of new capabilities.

You will work on on-site operations in Colorado Springs, engaging with government and contractor teams to deliver complex C2BMC solutions while navigating security and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with MDA or DoD policies and processes for security boundaries.
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office lines of effort, capabilities, and initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of joint and multi-tactical data link networks (MTN), including the protocols, architectures, and interface standards for secure, real-time tactical communications.
• Experience drafting initial content, editing for clarity and style, and finalizing technical documents.
• Experience navigating federal cross-domain approval pipelines, security authorization processes, and compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability analysis and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration.
• Support C2BMC operations worldwide, interfacing with Combatant Commands and other C2BMC offices.
• Collaborate with joint, coalition, and international partners on multi-TDL architectures and air defense systems.
• Support CDS, one-way transfer technologies, and guard apparatuses for secure data flow across classification boundaries.
• Manage data owner policies and security guidance to ensure IA compliance.
• Assist in development, integration, and maintenance of tactical track feeds and COPs for operations centers.
• Interface with Joint Interface Control Officers (JICO).
• Prioritize simultaneous activities with multiple stakeholders.
