Job summary

Banner Defense, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a C3BM Principal Integration Analyst to lead C2BMC integration efforts, interface with DoD and international partners, and guide secure data exchange across classification boundaries.

The role entails system engineering, cross-domain solutions, and collaboration with government and contractor teams to deliver theater-wide Common Operational Pictures and interoperable battle management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus extensive DoD/defense systems experience required.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and US citizenship required.
• Experience with joint/multi-tactical data links (MTN) and C2BMC interfaces.
• Familiarity with security boundaries, policies, and cross-domain pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability analysis and technical guidance for C2BMC, MTN, and external interfaces.
• Collaborate with joint, coalition, and international partners on multi-TDL architectures.
• Assist in integration, deployment, and operation of CDS and OWT technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data sharing directives and information assurance guidelines.
• Support development of tactical track feeds and Common Tactical Pictures for COPs.
