Job summary

C3 Trucking in Scranton area is seeking semi-local truck drivers to handle food product deliveries. You will drive dry vans, reefers, and lift-gate equipped trailers to Food Distributors and Food Service customers, with overnights expected three nights a week.

Typical duties include 4 loads and 11 stops weekly, starting between 0600 and 0900. NYC legs occur twice weekly across Queens, Yonkers, and Long Island, with various pay components described in the ad.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months experience as a driver.
• Clean MVR and background required.
• Urine and hair drug screening required.
• NO SAP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Foods products to Foods Distributors and Food Service customers using dry van, reefer, and lift gate trailers.
• Spend about 4 loads per week with 11 stops weekly; NYC deliveries twice per week to Queens, Yonkers, and Long Island.
• Unloading with electric pallet jack and lift gate; overtime potential with a monthly sixth day.

0600 - 0900 start time

Drivers should plan on being out overnight in the trk 3 nights per week.

Semi Local position where drivers will deliver Foods products (tortillas and chips) to Foods Distributors and Food Service customer

Food product delivered in both dry van, reefer, and lift gate trailer.

At the receiver drivers will use an electric pallet jack and lift gate for unloading.

4 Loads a week on average and 11 stops a week on average. Average time at each stop is 15 minutes.

On average drivers will make deliveries in NYC 2 times per week. We deliver to the same 3 stores. (These stores are in Queens, Yonkers and Long island)

• $0.52 per mile
• Live stop pay: $30 per stop
• NYC deliveries; $75
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours
• Trainee pay: $225 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day

$1600-$1700 weekly average
