Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a C2BMC Test Analyst/Engineer to perform system performance and interoperability analysis for Missile Defense System flight and ground testing, and simulations. You will develop visualizations in Tableau, SQL, and Python, support pre- and post-mission analyses, and collaborate with engineers and government stakeholders onsite at Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another technical discipline.
• 2+ years experience supporting DoW test and evaluation environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience with MDA’s C2BMC systems and analysis.
• Knowledge of Tableau workbook development.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system-level performance and interoperability analyses for C2BMC in ground tests and MDS events.
• Perform on-site quick-look analysis during test execution to provide timely insights and preliminary results.
• Support pre-mission predictive analysis activities to assess expected system performance.
• Conduct post-mission detailed analysis using multiple data sources to evaluate performance.
• Develop data visualizations and reports using Tableau, SQL, and Python to support decision-making.
• Prepare test analysis documentation, test readiness briefs, quick-look reports, and post-test analysis products.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, government stakeholders, and test teams for integrated planning and execution.
