Position Overview

BCS Maintenance Supervisor

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

This position is a change agent and will provide leadership and direction for the Maintenance Department at The Bama Companies, Inc., in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and supervises the Maintenance Department team members.

Required Experience

Education/Certification Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a maintenance-related field and/or 5-7 years of related experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• First Class License for PSM Infrastructure division or achieve license within 6 months of eligibility.

Required Skills

• Experience in a high-speed food manufacturing environment prioritizing human and food safety.
• Technical skills in HVAC, Electrical/Electronics, PLC/Drives, Mechanical Systems, and Ammonia refrigeration.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and achieve results through people.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance programs (AIB, OSHA, EPA, PSM, etc.).
• Understanding of current PSM requirements and compliance maintenance.
