Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. Mission Technologies seeks a C2 Systems Integrator at Kaneohe Bay, HI, to support NSWC-Corona LVC training events. This on-site role requires security clearance and collaboration with military, government, and contractor teams.

You will advise on system upgrades, integrate C4I solutions, perform Windows system administration, and ensure operational readiness for warfighting simulations, with a focus on reliable communications and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Must currently hold and be able to maintain a US Secret clearance, with the ability to upgrade to a US Top Secret clearance if required.
• Experience with military C4I systems’ operational and technical integration and system administration.
• Ability to recognize and troubleshoot C4I system problems to assure continued execution of war gaming events.
• Experience in Windows system administration.
• Knowledge of managing clients in a virtual operating system environment, creating and managing accounts and interactive troubleshooting with users.
• Experience implementing required system upgrades, configuration changes and security patches while maintaining system functionality.
• Required IT certifications: Windows Operating System; CompTIA Security + CE (or equivalent or higher).
• Well-developed personal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as NSWC-Corona’s C2 Systems Integrator and SME in support of LVC training events. Communicate with the LVC Mission Coordinator on any technical or operational issues.
• Assist the Mission Coordinator in leveraging LVC capabilities and strategies that align with goals of the training program. Advise the MC on the implementation of new systems and upgrades to existing systems, so they can ensure that it meets technical standards and training requirements.
• Assist the Mission Coordinator in working with MTEN and NCTE local and remote operators and engineers, and external JLVC teams to coordinate and plan systems and personnel support for events
