Job summary

JCTM is seeking a C2 Data and AI Capability Subject Matter Expert to accelerate Marine Corps enterprise C2 modernization. You will shape data integration, AI adoption, governance, and requirements while translating senior leader intent into actionable plans and deliverable outcomes.

The role demands a blend of technical fluency and programmatic execution, spanning executive decision support to hands-on proof-of-concept validation and system evaluation.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• 5–12 years of overall related experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing and supporting DoD or federal information systems or digital transformation projects.
• Experience applying data management, governance, and AI to enhance decision-making.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable program plans and documents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute executive decision support by analyzing objectives and providing actionable recommendations.
• Oversee data and AI integration to enhance enterprise platform capabilities with governance.
• Lead requirements development for evolving technologies and document capability needs.
• Develop governance for data policies, plans, requirements, and standards.
• Develop proof-of-concept efforts and validate solution designs for feasibility and relevance.
• Collaborate with government and contractor teams to document and test information system capabilities.
• Coordinate with Industry, DoD, and end-users to align activities with governance and client expectations.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle and problem-solving efforts.
• Apply AI-enabled decision support concepts to modern enterprise C2 architectures.
• Grow skills through cross-functional collaboration and translating strategy into action.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related discipline
