Qualifications

• 10+ years in defense, government services, and professional services including FMS, engineering, business development, program capture, planning, and execution.
• Experience leading opportunity captures with FMS customers and shaping deals with customers.
• Knowledge of government contracting, acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors.

The Opportunity:Join as a leader in the Defense Technology Group team as a Chief Engineer for Battle Management Portfolio with a focus on International Command and Control. Develop and maintain high quality relationships with customers and partners, including next generation technology vendors. Recommend and implement business development and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth. Help drive growth goals for the business and manage a pipeline for the client, ensuring we have short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities spread across the divisions. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
