Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will fuse complex data from diverse intelligence disciplines to assess and mitigate threats posed by adversarial autonomous and uncrewed systems to government facilities, personnel, and operations worldwide. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding stakeholder equities by identifying adversary capabilities, emerging autonomous technology threats, and geospatial vulnerabilities that could compromise the security of overseas and domestic posts. You will work closely with leadership, regional security officers, and the broader Intelligence Community to deliver actionable intelligence products, geospatial assessments, and countermeasure recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyzing and evaluate intelligence, technical data, and open-source information on autonomous and uncrewed systems (C-UxS) to assess threats to government agency facilities, personnel, and operations.

  • Conducting all-source analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and adversary capabilities in autonomous systems that pose risks to stakeholder equities.

  • Producing timely, actionable intelligence assessments, briefs, and finished products on autonomous technology threats for leadership and interagency partners.

  • Interpreting imagery, geospatial data, and remote sensing products to identify and track autonomous system activity at overseas and domestic sites.

  • Developing maps, charts, and geospatial visualizations to support threat assessments and communicate analytic findings.

  • Disseminating finished intelligence products to stakeholder leadership, regional security officers, and interagency stakeholders through appropriate classified and unclassified channels.

  • Preparing and delivering oral and written briefings, executive-level talking points, and read-ahead materials on autonomous technology threats and countermeasure recommendations.

  • Responding to time-sensitive requests for information (RFIs) with accurate, well-sourced analytic support.

  • Collaborating with intelligence community partners, including DoW, DHS, FBI, and other federal agencies, to share information and coordinate on autonomous technology threats.

  • Participating in interagency working groups and task forces addressing counter-UxS policy, technology assessments, and emerging threats.

  • Representing stakeholder equities in interagency forums and coordination with other directorates.

  • Communicating complex technical and analytic intelligence in clear, accessible language for both specialist and non-specialist audiences, including senior policymakers.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Political Science, Regional Studies, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of relevant experience; a Master's degree is preferred. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Typically possesses 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in intelligence analysis, preferably within the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of War, or a federal law enforcement or security agency.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, with familiarity across multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT).

  • Working knowledge of geospatial analysis tools and GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Google Earth, or similar systems) gained through formal training or on-the-job experience.

  • Experience producing finished intelligence products, briefings, and assessments for senior leadership or interagency audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical and analytic information clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences

  • Prior experience collaborating in interagency or multi-disciplinary environments, coordinating with intelligence community partners, DoW, DHS, or law enforcement agencies.

  • Strong critical thinking, writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative teams supporting fast-paced, mission-driven environments with shifting priorities.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with technical subject-matter experts.

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (required before start)

  • An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
