Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a C-UAS Planner to develop and coordinate strategies against unmanned aerial threats within the USCENTCOM AOR. You will craft CONOPS, brief senior leaders, and synchronize efforts with partner nations, joint forces, and interagency teams.

The role requires strong analytical writing, operational planning expertise, and a TS/SCI clearance, with up to 25% travel and a focus on real-time decision support in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• BA/BS or AA with 6 years relevant experience, or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Experience in Combatant Command planning, C-UAS operations, or force protection.
• familiarity with USCENTCOM’s AOR and its dynamics.
• Strong briefing, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with JPP/MDMP and planning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning materials at the Combatant Command level to support operations.
• Rapidly develop CONOPS for complex C-UAS tasks with operational utility.
• Prepare talking points for senior-level meetings on C-UAS priorities.
• Coordinate with partner nations, joint forces, and interagency stakeholders.
• Provide analytics-driven planning recommendations to commanders.
• Analyze after-action reports to improve effectiveness against UAS threats.
• Maintain Partner Nation Laydown and advise on integration.
• Support CAT shifts in JOC and FPOC as required.
• Participate in demonstrations, training programs, and exercises.
