Job summary

CACI International is seeking a C-UAS Planner to support USCENTCOM J38 operations, focusing on developing and coordinating strategies to counter unmanned aerial threats. You will work with partner nations and interagency partners to synchronize efforts and deliver actionable planning products.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in military planning, C-UAS operations, and interagency coordination, with opportunities to brief senior leaders and contribute to joint exercises.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required with a BA/BS or AA degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Combatant Command planning or C-UAS operations preferred.
• Familiarity with USCENTCOM AOR and interagency coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office, Maven, and C2IE.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine planning materials at the Combatant Command level.
• Rapidly develop CONOPS for complex C-UAS tasks.
• Prepare talking points for senior-level meetings.
• Coordinate with partner nations, joint forces, and interagency stakeholders.
• Provide real-time analytics-driven planning recommendations.
• Analyze after-action reports to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain Partner Nation Laydown (PowerPoint & Maven) for leaders.
• Advise on acquisition and R&D strategies when requested.
• Support CAT shifts in JOC and FPOC.
• Participate in demonstrations, training, and exercises.
