Responsibilities

• Provide a wide variety of instructional techniques to meet the needs and improve the skills of each participant.
• Guide participants down successful paths later in life through life lessons associated with being part of a team.
• Promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
• Develop and enforce expectations or requirements associated with being a participant within your program.
• Monitor and inform participants of eligibility requirements for extracurricular activities.
• Apply and enforce student discipline during athletic contests, practice sessions, and on trips off school property in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.
• Work with the head coach to develop and implement a consistent culture for the girls basketball program.
• Maintain an accurate record of inventory associated with your program.
• Understand all objectives and guidelines of the Lake Park Audubon activities handbook.
