Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will process transactions, stock products, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with a focus on teamwork and safety. Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer service experience, are reliable and able to multitask, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Ability to do basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; check for expired or low items.
• Support teammates and customers, working independently or as part of a team.
