Essential Job Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements:
  • Provide friendly greetings to customers and make them feel valued.
  • Use customer names and go out of your way to assist.
  • Provide fast, efficient service and suggest additional sales when appropriate.
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful, and polite demeanor.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and honesty.
  • Be dependable, punctual, and flexible.
  • Communicate effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Stay busy between customers, help colleagues, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including stocking, checking merchandise, and cleaning various areas.
  • Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in cool environments, and reacting to emergencies.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and meet other physical and mental requirements as specified.
