Job Title: C-Store Team Member

Type of Position: Full time or part time

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly greetings to customers both in-store and over the phone.
• Build rapport with customers by learning their names and making them feel valued.
• Deliver quick and efficient service, suggest additional sales when appropriate.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful, and polite demeanor, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
• Be honest, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Communicate effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Stay busy between customers, help colleagues and customers as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of store areas, including restrooms, parking lot, fuel islands, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Perform stock replenishment and check for out-of-date merchandise.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

• Must be physically fit to stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in cold environments for up to 30 minutes.
• Able to react to emergencies, including using a fire extinguisher and climbing ladders for cleaning.
• Must have good vision for ID checks and cash processing, and be able to communicate effectively in English.
