Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and recommending hires for a high-volume C-store/Gas Station with focus on customer service.
• Motivate, encourage, and supervise store cashiers.
• Promote and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed safely.
• Maintain brand image standards to pass evaluations.
• Monitor daily gasoline retail competitors.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry as directed by management.
• Monitor cash over/short, shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Conduct store meetings at least monthly.
• Perform all duties of a store cashier regularly.
• Understand daily reporting of store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures in store operations.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure POS advertising is posted on time.
• Communicate and implement price changes, markdowns/ups as requested.
• Report pricing problems to management.
• Enforce merchandising and vendor policies and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security; report unsafe conditions.
• Conduct regular safety and security meetings and document attendance.
• Report and process employee and/or customer incidents or accidents.
