Good Oil Company is seeking a CSR Lead to guide daily store operations and mentor the team while ensuring friendly, dependable service. You’ll handle customer concerns, maintain food safety and quality, and manage opening/closing duties to keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, communicate clearly with staff and management, and step in during busy shifts to support the team and customers. Competitive pay and benefits available.

• Previous customer service or leadership experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to motivate and support a team.
