Job summary

Good Oil Company is seeking a CSR Lead to join our store team in Indiana. You will lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service, and support fellow team members to keep daily operations smooth and the store inviting.

The role involves opening/closing tasks, register duties, food safety, and maintaining a clean environment while addressing customer concerns with professionalism. The CSR Lead is expected to motivate and guide staff, communicate effectively with management, and uphold

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service
• Support and encourage team members throughout the shift
• Keep daily store operations running efficiently
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Operate the register and assist customers with purchases
• Prepare food and maintain food safety and quality standards
