Job summary

The C-Store Team Member at Refuel Operating Company, LLC provides friendly customer service, processes transactions, stocks products, and maintains a clean, safe, welcoming store environment. You will represent the Refuel brand through attention to detail and consistent daily tasks.

Role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The position offers either full-time or part-time hours and opportunities to contribute to a growing brand dedicated to service,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Organized and efficient with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; check for expired or low items.
• Support teammates and customers; work well independently or as part of a team.

• Complete required training and follow safety and operational standards.
• Demonstrate honesty, respect, and professionalism in interactions.
