Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep a clean, welcoming store environment. You will process transactions, stock shelves, and assist guests while upholding Refuel brand standards.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with varied weekly hours. Prior retail or food-service experience is a plus; on-the-job training is provided to all new team members.

Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math ability at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer and thank them for their business.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; check for expired or low items.
• Support teammates and customers; work well independently or as part of a team.
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and stay productive between customers.
• Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Complete required training and follow safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Demonstrate honesty, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
