Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash transactions, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment. The role supports a welcoming guest experience and adherence to store standards, with on-going training and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail or customer service experience, be able to perform basic math, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers and thank them for their business.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; check for expired or low items.
• Support teammates and customers, work independently or as part of a team.
