Refuel is hiring a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain a clean, safe store environment. The role includes assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking products, and ensuring the store is ready for customers.

Candidates should have prior retail or food service experience, be able to perform basic math, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred.
• Able to perform basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; check expirations.
• Support teammates and customers; work independently or in a team.
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, stay productive between customers.
• Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Complete required training and follow safety and operational standards.
• Demonstrate honesty, respect, and professionalism.
