Meadowland Farmers Coop proudly serves 15 small town communities in Southwest Minnesota providing Agronomy, Grain, Energy and Feed services. We are seeking a part-time C-Store Clerk/Cashier at our Belview Convenience Store to join the location team with focus on service and accuracy.

This role involves friendly customer service, cash handling, stocking, and adhering to safety and dress policies in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong basic math skills for counting cash and making change.
• Comfortable working with the general public.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced convenience store environment.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Helpful and friendly approach.
• Adhere to company dress policies.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Follow the work schedule as posted.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service – greeting customers, answer inquiries, and handle issues and complaints.
• Accurately handle all cash, credit card, and debit card sales transactions, including fuel purchases and lottery sales.
• Store housekeeping – cleaning checkout stations, food service stations, and restrooms.
• Stocking and Inventory Monitoring. Restock and orderly arrange shelves, coolers, displays, and racks.
• Balance cash drawer at the start and end of your shift.
• Follow all workplace and food safety, health, environmental, and security policies and practices.
