Reports to: C-Store Manager

Type of Position: Full time

Job Summary:

The C-Store Assistant Manager assists the manager in maintaining efficient store operations, maximizing revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and retaining employees, maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and store presentation.

Essential Duties:

• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Maintain proper uniform and identification.
• Perform shift duties and adhere to company policies and local laws.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist in inventory management and merchandise placement.
• Handle cash procedures and bank deposits.

Physical and Working Environment:

• Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in cool temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and good vision.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee daily operations and enforce policies.
• Handle disciplinary actions and ensure compliance.
