Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. This on-site role at NAVAIR-PAX River in St. Mary's County, MD requires a current Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship.

You will work with Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure conformance with contractual requirements. BS in engineering or computer science is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
