Job summary

SimVentions, located at NAVAIR-PAX River in St. Mary’s County, MD, is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. This on-site role requires five days per week.

The position requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US Citizenship for access to classified information. Candidates should have experience with Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio, and be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
