Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent hands-on development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ programming and experience with Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot problem reports from fielded software systems to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Incorporate software fixes into existing baselines while maintaining stability and performance.
• Design, develop, and unit test software components using object-oriented programming principles.
• Perform software integration activities and ensure updated components work within the broader system.
• Execute software testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of code.
• Collaborate with team members to review code and improve software engineering practices.
• Document changes, fixes, and test results for traceability and maintenance.
