Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts at NAVAIR-PAX River in St. Mary’s County, MD. This on-site role requires 5 days per week and an ACTIVE Secret Clearance.

The selected candidate will contribute to software development within a multidisciplinary team, review technical data for contract conformance, and work with Linux, Oracle databases, and Visual Studio in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux OS including RHEL.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
