Job summary

StratasCorp Technologies has an immediate Software Developer opening for the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) in support of the Navy’s EWD mission. We seek a .NET programmer to develop and sustain the NIODB distribution capability using MVC and C#.

The role includes working with Oracle, building complex SQL queries, collaborating in a team, and maintaining Kanban boards with Azure DevOps. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and Security+ CE certification are required or obtainable before hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of C# and MVC experience.
• 2+ years of experience with XML and XML Schema Definition (XSD).
• Experience developing complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Must possess, or obtain prior to hire, DoD 8570 CSWF certification: Security+ CE.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the NIODB Tactical Reprogramming Exchange (T-REX) web app using C# and MVC.
• Work with Oracle databases to retrieve data, including SQL/PLSQL development.
• Participate in software development meetings and project planning.
• Maintain project Kanban boards using Azure DevOps; collaborate to meet goals.
• Review requirements and produce Level of Effort documentation; maintain certifications and training.
