Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and on-site presence at NAVAIR-PAX River in St. Mary’s County, MD.

The candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, writing and testing C++ code, and reviewing designs and tests to meet contract requirements. BS in engineering or CS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux operating systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases and Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
