Job summary

Ardent Eagle Solutions seeks a skilled technician to provide installation, integration, testing, and support for the Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) System of Systems. The candidate will assist with repairs, perform on-site troubleshooting, and ensure operational readiness. Experience with Mass Notification Systems and networking is required, along with a high school diploma. This position is 100% on-site with extensive travel required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in relevant technical fields.
• Proficient in troubleshooting all aspects of network configurations.
• Experience with Cisco devices is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation and support for C-RAM systems.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting at FOBs.
• Assist in training and operational effectiveness.
