QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a C&Q Lead to support a major oligonucleotide manufacturing project in Texas. You will oversee C&Q contractors, ensure GMP compliance, and drive commissioning strategies for complex building systems.

The role demands a degree in a related field and extensive experience in commissioning and qualification of process systems, with a focus on safety and quality in life sciences.

• Degree qualification in a related field.
• Extensive experience in commissioning and qualification of process systems.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements relevant to oligonucleotide and synthetic API manufacturing.

• Lead and manage C&Q contractors responsible for all Oligonucleotide Manufacturing Building systems.
• Adhere to all site safety requirements and procedures.
• Serve as a positive safety role model, reinforcing safe behaviours through meetings, field engagement, and routine observations.
