Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. seeks a C&Q Lead for a US Texas-based life sciences project under a 12-month initial contract. The role will interface with Bechtel commissioning teams to drive C&Q activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and traceability across systems.

The candidate should have extensive C&Q experience, a degree in a related field, and preferably pharma/biotech sector exposure, including utility and process systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a related field.
• Extensive Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) experience.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience across utility and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between the C&Q programme and Bechtel commissioning teams.
• Ensure all C&Q procedures, specifications, user requirements, and programme standards are clearly communicated and implemented within Bechtel's commissioning activities.
• Work closely with Bechtel's commissioning team to oversee implementation of requirements while operating within Bechtel's commissioning framework.
• Manage the interface between both systems to ensure there are no gaps in traceability, execution, or documentation coverage.
