The role involves developing technology infrastructure to enable pricing and execution of Structured Note products, allowing Barclays to increase revenue and reduce operational risk.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Experience with financial derivatives in an investment bank or similar environment.
  2. Extensive experience in C# and .NET framework.
  3. Relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics).
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern DevOps tools (JIRA, GIT, TeamCity).
Valued Additional Skills:
  1. Experience with Python, PowerShell, SQL Server, Cloud technologies.
  2. Familiarity with rates structured products/notes.
  3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality coding.
  4. Experience delivering derivatives pricing solutions to front office.
Role Location and Compensation:

Location: New York, NY

Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 (base salary, excluding benefits and bonuses)
