Job summary

PACE Equity Finance is seeking a Portfolio Servicing Analyst to support asset management and servicing across our C-PACE portfolio in Milwaukee, focusing on efficient disbursements and compliant handling. You will assist with onboarding, monitor project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with clients, escrow agents, investors, and internal partners to ensure accurate data and timely funding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, real estate, or related field.
3+ years experience administering commercial real estate construction loan disbursements or draw administration.
Experience with draw packages, inspections, funding requests, budgets, lien waivers, and loan documentation compliance.

Responsibilities

Support pre-closing onboarding for new projects transitioning into servicing.
Coordinate funding and disbursement requests with clients, escrow agents, funding sources, and stakeholders.
Review construction draw packages for compliance with loan and disbursement requirements.
Analyze budgets and monitor funding activity throughout construction lifecycle.
Prepare recommendations for construction disbursements.
Monitor project progress and identify budget variances and risks.
Maintain loan and project data in Asset Management System.
Support data reporting to third-party servicers, investors, and stakeholders.
Assist with securitization data management and reporting.
Monitor portfolio performance and assist with risk mitigation.
