Talan is looking for an experiencedC#/.NET Developerto join the Post-Trade Global Market IT team of one of our leading Corporate & Investment Banking clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with trading desks to design, enhance, and support real-time tools across Macro/Commodities, Equity Solutions, and Credit businesses. The projects span both local initiatives and global programs in partnership with the firm’s headquarters in Europe and Asia.

Role and responsibilities

• Take ownership of internal development work that integrates or extends vendor software used in post-trade equity back-office processes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by following established best practices in development and testing.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation to support ongoing development and system understanding.
• Manage the preparation, delivery, and tracking of platform releases, coordinating closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a closely related discipline.
• Solid background in designing and building software applications.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and solutions supporting equity back-office operations.
• Hands-on experience working with .NET and C# to build and enhance equity-focused systems.
• Strong understanding of software development across various operating systems and platforms.
• 5–9 years of professional experience in application development.
• Familiarity with U.S. broker-dealer platforms such as Broadridge Shadow, BPS, IMPACT, or FIS Phase 3.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives at once and deliver on tight timelines.
