Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a C# .Net Developer to contribute to our health-focused technology solutions. This fully remote position allows you to work anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel expectations (0-10%).

You will code, test, debug, and document programs, gather requirements, analyze systems, and write specifications for moderately complex projects, while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• C# programming proficiency including performance optimization and debugging.
• 3+ years of experience across all phases of the SDLC, including Web Application Development and Production Support.
• General understanding of Medicaid, HIPAA, and PHI is preferable.

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs.

Your role in our mission

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs. Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
• Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs.
• Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision.
• Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
• Assists in resolving production support problems. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
• Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate.
• Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code and technical documentation.
• Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
• Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience across all phases of the SDLC, including Web Application Development and Production Support
• Proficiency in C# programming including performance optimization and debugging
• General understanding of Medicaid, HIPAA, and PHI - Preferrable
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and support personnel
• Analytical and problem solving skills

The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - $83,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
