Job summary

Randstad Digital in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced C#/.NET Blazor Software Engineer to join an application development team. This onsite contract role focuses on modernization and enhancement of enterprise web and mobile applications using the Microsoft stack.

You will work with stakeholders and a talented team across the SDLC to design, develop, and deliver robust solutions, with emphasis on Blazor, .NET Core, SQL Server, and DevExpress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications.
• 4+ years performing root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• 4+ years programming with technologies including .NET, C#, HTML, HTML5, ASP, Java, JSP, SQL, and stored procedures.
• 4+ years of experience with web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments.
• 3+ years of experience participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions.

We are seeking an experienced C#/.NET Blazor Software Engineer to join an application development team supporting the design, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity in Austin, TX, ideal for a developer with strong hands‑on experience across the Microsoft development stack.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of web application development experience with strong skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, stored procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server, along with at least 1 year of hands‑on C# .NET Blazor development. You will work closely with systems analysts, architects, business stakeholders, and other developers throughout the Agile SDLC to gather requirements, design solutions, develop new functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, and support existing applications.

Experience modernizing Java or Windows Forms applications to C# .NET Blazor, responsive web design, WCAG accessibility standards, or mobile development using Visual Studio, .NET Core 9.0, and DevExpress is highly desirable.

This position requires working onsite in Austin, TX, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and presenting application changes and proposed designs directly to business stakeholders.
