Job summary

THE FORUM is seeking a hospitality-focused CNA to join the Skilled Nursing Department on a part-time basis (2-3 days a week). Shifts include AM and PM, with specific hours listed.

The role provides an hourly wage of $25.00–$31.73 plus a $2/hour weekend differential and a robust benefits package. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, document care, report observations, and support licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Valid CA CNA license.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English; good communication and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports, and escorts residents as needed.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintains safe and sanitary workstations and equipment.
• Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs and rehabilitation.
• Attends in-service training and education session, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused C.N.A to join our team in the Skilled Nursing Department. The Nurse's Aide assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.

Employment Type

Part Time(2-3days a week)- AM and PM Shift

Shift Schedule

AM Shift- 6:45am-3:15pm, PM Shift- 2:45pm-11:15pm

Hourly Wage

$25.00- $31.73

Weekend shift differential
