Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and mobility, while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

The role requires completing a CNA program with an active license; CPR/First Aid is preferred. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you deliver high-quality care in a caring setting.

Formación

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• 18–24 months of experience in a similar role.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Provide respectful, person-centered care in a home-like environment.
• Record Resident information accurately and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Report to the nurse or supervisor and participate in shift handoffs.

Position Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Resident.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Reads the staff communication records and maintains familiarity with Resident records as required.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, ADL’s, environmental orientation, assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provides services as indicated on Resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains clean, neat, comfortable, safe environment for Residents, staff, and visitors.
• Observes changes in Resident status, needs, or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
• Adheres to all established policies and procedures.
• Records Resident information as required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, security, work, safety, and other emergency situations.
• Notifies nurse, and/or designated agent(s) of Resident status/change as appropriate.

Training And Experience

Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license. 18 – 24 months experience in a similar position, CPR/First Aid certified preferred.

Education

Attendance at mandatory in-service training. Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. Meet in-service training hours required for job classification and position.
