Balise Auto Sales Inc in West Warwick, RI is seeking an Entry-Level Express Maintenance Automotive Service Technician to join our Express Maintenance Team. The role offers hands-on training, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance from Express to Certified to Master Technician.

You will learn automotive systems, estimate service times, identify parts requirements, follow established procedures, and uphold quality control in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive service fundamentals.
• Prior technician experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of automotive tools and shop equipment.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain systems and repairs to others.
• Estimate time of service or repair job for purposes of efficient scheduling.
• Identify parts requirements to complete a job and communicate parts requirements via repair orders.
• Follow approved and established procedures for conducting service and repairs.
• Comply with quality control and inspection requirements of Service Department.
