BALISE AUTO SALES INC is hiring an entry-level Express Maintenance Automotive Service Technician at Genesis West Warwick in West Warwick, RI 02893. Compensation is $15.00 - $22.00 hourly, with forty hours per week during onboarding and learning.

The role includes training, uniforms, and a state-of-the-art facility with paid holidays and PTO, paid weekly, and opportunities to advance as you grow. You will learn automotive systems, estimate service times for scheduling, identify parts

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive service fundamentals. Prior technician experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of automotive tools and shop equipment.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain systems and repairs to others
• Ability to estimate time of service or repair job for purposes of efficient scheduling
• Knowledge of parts requirements to complete a job, and ability to communicate parts requirements via repair orders
• Knowledge of approved and established procedures for conducting service and repairs
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with quality control and inspection requirements of Service Department

Environmental & Physical Requirements
