RideNow Powersports in Dallas is seeking an entry-level powersports technician. No specialized degree is required—bring your basic skills from a lube shop, your tools, reliability, and a willingness to learn; we will train you to service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and watercraft.

This full-time position includes paid OEM training, hands-on practice, and opportunities for career advancement as you grow diagnostics and repair skills alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Building/setting up new machines as needed
• Tires, batteries and basic service work
• Vehicle inspections and setup
• Entry-level mechanical repairs
• Learning diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills develop
• Working alongside experienced Powersports technicians
• Receiving paid OEM and factory training
